You guys did a good job all season. My lawn looked greener and fresher, and there were way fewer weeds everywhere, but... By the end of the season, especially during the last two visits, things just went downhill. On the second-to-last visit, you told me you'd be coming on a specific day, but then you showed up two days early. I work, so my backyard wasn't open for you, and you just left without doing it. I messaged Mike, the owner, and he did send someone a few days later to take care of it. Then, on the last visit, the fall one that's supposed to be your big end-of-season service, there was no communication at all. Someone just showed up, did my front lawn, and again, my back lawn was ignored. I messaged Mike again, and he said someone would come in a few days. No one ever came, and Mike hasn't responded since. It was a great season, I really liked your service, and I even told a few other people about you, but... it just didn't end well.
Mike did an excellent job by taking care of my Lawn! I was fed up with dandelions and clovers along the edges of my lawn , but after second weed spray application they are all gone .. and the slow release fertilizer tht he uses made my lawn thick and green! I was in the assumption that Scotts Fertilizer from costco was the best , but its not! Go with TrueGreen and you will never regret! I strongly recommend their gold program!
Excellent service, prompt, reliable, competitive pricing and more importantly the product works. I went from patches and weeds across the entire front lawn (3 pictures provided) to the current luscious yard. Awesome guys!
