I’m here on a Friday at 12:30. All parking spots are full. I wait outside for 30 min and no one is coming out. I go in and there is one person there. Besides that it’s a great place
The dryers didnt work properly. The assistant didnt offer us any money back. Also the dryer was full of lint she did clean it. It was appalling to see how much lint.
It's unfortunately that the new managers has gotten rid of the half off dryers for early morning washers. Not only that but now you get less time on the dryers. Also the app over charges you for dryer FYI to any continuing customers. I live at 5 ann street and left my apartment laundry to come to this one. Today will be my last time washing here. Very Unfortunate
Sub Launderette is why I do my Laundry because their place is always clean and very mashine is always in good working order. The staffs are also very helpful. Thank you Subs Launderette.
**UPDATE**: Now that this laundromat is under NEW MANAGEMENT the place is actually clean for once and customer input is acknowledged, creating meaningful dialogue ensuring issues are addressed and resolved. You can tell that the new manager takes pride in his establishment—machines, floors, tables are all clean. Music plays on the tv so it’s not creepy when you’re in there alone, and I’m confident in doing my laundry here. Thank you ??
I actually really really like it here. There's an app that pairs with the devices in the laundromat and to me that's brand new. The people are friendly and the neighborhood is really nice. Plus convenient parking in the back. I only gave it 4 stars because it's quite expensive
New owner doesn't care like old one , dirty nothing works don't go there its disasters not ever going back change attitude and qualities omg its not like before , staff its amazing love them but he doesn't treat them well
