This was my first and last time here, this is the worst laundromat I’ve ever been to. Extremely small place with only 17 washing machines, 4 of which are out of service. Which means if there are more than 3 people here, expect to be waiting in line. About a third of the working washing machines are extra small machines, not even the size of a standard load. Even when you don’t overfill the machines, the clothes aren’t properly washed. I ended up re-washing all my clothes at a different laundromat the next day. Literally half of the dryers do not work but are not marked out of service, so you’re playing Russian Roulette and wasting money figuring out which ones do work (pro-tip, most of the dryers on the top row are broken, try the bottom row first). There is hardly any space to fold and the folding tables are extremely small, barely larger than a classroom desk. There is also no customer washroom and no sitting area. Just 2-3 chairs scattered around. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, and it’s very clear that this place is lacking maintenance and proper management. I won’t be back
Bro I came here on the regular and everytime i lose money into this damn machine, I try calling the number on the page no but no answer. If the owner seems this today I lost $10 just trying to work one of the bottom that missing pieces. If you see this please fix the place. You have a lot of wear and tear in the place and you leaving clients by day. If this can’t be fixed. Can’t come back next time
The coin dispenser took my $10 and gave me $4 in 25 cents. There is no number to call the owner. The place looks like a tip, it is filthy. I would like my $6 dollars back. Sunday 22 @ 19:30
Don't waste your time! Tried to wash my comforter and the washing machine didn't spin it out enough to dry in the dryer- the dryer kept stopping because it was too heavy, with almost 1hr left on the timer! So now I have a soaking wet comforter with no way of drying it! Thanks for nothing!
I came to this establishment today (April 5 2024) and the coin converter machine was not working. However, the owner (Dom) quickly contacted me and went above and to address my concerns. Would recommend.
Finally Clean Laundromat. New Owners!! I have been coming here for some times now and the previous owners wasnt taking good care of the place. The place is renovated and clean now. I met the owners the other day, very nice people. Leave your suggestion and feedback they really care and will listen to them.
The new owner of this store is so kind and he help to his customers a lot I would highly recommend for this location the laundry shop is very neat and clean and well maintained
