Tucked away at the corner of Winston Churchill Blvd and Dundas in Mississauga (3015 Winston Churchill Blvd), BON Korean Restaurant is the kind of cozy, family-run spot that feels like a warm hug from Korean home cooking. From the moment you step in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. It’s laid-back, quiet, and perfect for a relaxed meal without the hustle of busier spots. We started with the classics: a generous spread of banchan (those delightful little side dishes) that kept getting refilled—crisp kimchi, seasoned beansprouts, and pickled veggies that were fresh and punchy. The seafood pancake (haemul pajeon) was a standout appetizer: crispy on the edges, loaded with squid and veggies, and perfectly savory. For mains, the JAJANGMYEON warms you from the inside out—pure comfort on a chilly day. The Dolsot Bibimbap sizzled dramatically in its stone bowl, with perfectly crispy rice at the bottom, vibrant veggies, bulgogi beef, and a fried egg on top. Mix it all with the gochujang sauce, and it’s an explosion of flavors and textures! We couldn’t resist the Yangnyeom Chicken—crispy fried chicken glazed in that addictive sweet-spicy sauce. It was juicy, flavorful, and generously portioned. Portions overall are huge, and everything tasted fresh and authentic, like it was made with care.

Great experience at BON Korean Restaurant! The jajangmyeon was rich and flavourful, and the fried chicken was super crispy and juicy. Friendly service, good portions, and great value. I’ll definitely be back!

I was surprised at how homey this restaurant feels! We ordered gamjangtang pork bone soup and LA BBQ. They taste delicious and were cooked well. It’s not busy either which allows you to dine in and have a seat as soon as possible. I’m glad I was able to eat at this place after passing by so many times. I will come back again!

Bon Korean offers delicious, authentic Korean dishes with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The kimchi, bibimbap, and BBQ are all fantastic, and the portions are generous. Friendly staff, clean space, and cozy atmosphere make it a great spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

Came here for dinner with my child who wants Bimbimbap. We went around 8pm and there were plenty of tables available. Service was fast and the server was very attentive. The place is clean and bright. Decor is simple and clean. We ordered the dotsot bimbimbap and chicken deopbap. The chicken deopdap was delicious, the chicken was tender and full of flavour. Wish they it came with a bit more rice. The dotsot bimbimbap was a bit disappointing. It was served in a cast iron skillet versus a stone pot. My child loves the scorched rice at the bottom of the bimbimbap but the rice in this bimbimbap was not scorched at all. It feels as though they just scooped some rice onto a heated cast iron skillet and served vs cooking the rice further to achieve the scorched bottom. The toppings were visually pleasing as it has vibrant colours but it was lacking in flavour.

How do you have hot tea but no hot water? Last time I checked, they go hand in hand. Decor is boring and bland. Food is meh at best. The bibimbap was tasteless. This place is also overpriced for what they serve.

Authentic korean food I have been looking for a long time around this area. Finally I think I found hidden gem. Been here 4 times on Saturdays with a group of my golf bodies. I enjoyed every foods I tried.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We do provide warm water, but the outlet near the counter is a bit weak, so sometimes the fuse blows. I’m sorry if that’s why we couldn’t provide warm water when you asked for it. I hope you understand, and we truly appreciate your patience
