I called the company and I was amazed with the service, quick and professional, within one hour I had my broken car moved, they paid on spot. great job.
One of the most appalling customer service experiences I’ve ever had. About a year ago, I reached out to this business to inquire about a lower price for a service. Instead of receiving a respectful response, I was insulted and subjected to blatant racial discrimination by one of their employees. Shortly after, I was blocked—with the employee smugly claiming that I would “never be able to find out who they are.” This kind of behavior is not only deeply unprofessional, it’s also dangerous. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially when they are simply asking a question. The fact that this business allows such conduct under their name speaks volumes about their values. I’m sharing this experience so others can be aware of the toxic and discriminatory environment behind this brand. I sincerely hope Google takes this review seriously and investigates their conduct. ——— May 7th Updated. The merchant replied with a rumor that I tried to sell him a stolen car and threatened to report me to the authorities, I'm now releasing second part of the chats, I was just wanting a car part asking if I could get it cheaper and I got some serious verbal abuse. You are welcome to Google the relevant authorities to find the evidence I ask for, I am responsible for all the objective facts described.
They are scammers tricking people to purchase parts as a registered business without providing receipts and invoices. Upon questioning, the employee got upset and started swearing and police had to be called. Highly unprofessional and a shame for society. Stay away from these people!
Messaged the number provided on Whatsapp, got a quick reply and a fair quote for my scrap car. Stated they would pass by in an hour to pick up the car, showed up on time with the money and took the car with no issue. Would recommend.
*** READ THIS BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM I had a very bad experience with Malik. The guy is borderline insane. He damaged my property while towing my car and starts hurling abuses at me and my brother when I complained. He wanted to start a fight, I was almost about to call the cops. He later sends me WhatsApp message of him kickboxing to intimidate me and starts sending hate texts, I have attached the message screenshot here. I have also attached an image of the exterior of wall that he damaged. I hired him because of the good reviews here but I think almost all the 5 start reviews are fake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. Edit: I have never worked for this guy as he has replied in the comment. This guy is a bloody liar.
These ppl are crooks dont use them.... told me one price n ended up giving me less without any notice who does that .... I even texted him ... N I'm still waiting for a response (it's been 3 days btw) .... poor customer service
If i can give this company 0 stars i would. I was waiting 1 hour for Malik to arrive,thought i would give him a call and truth be hold he said he forgot... this was a huge inconvenience since my time is now wasted. Finally he shows me up at offers a lot more than what was agreed on. Never go here. So unprofessional
