Love the food and smoothies here, I usually come pretty frequently throughout the week for something quick and healthy because I live just down the street but unfortunately it’s been a hassle the get in to get anything from Revitasize, and that’s why I’m leaving a poor review today. Very rude frontline staff down stairs. I was asking about the Revitasize upstairs trying to get a smoothie and instead of a friendly simple answer about the new policies to go upstairs I get eye rolls and attitude. As someone who works in customer service I would never treat a customer that way. The way the One Health Club employees treat the Revitasize customers not only affects the gym but also the Revitasize as a business, and I think that should be kept in mind.
Come here often after my workouts, but they are soooo incredibly slow even when there’s no line or people waiting for food. The service here can definitely improve.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Mississauga One Health Club location. The front desk refused to allow in-person payment and insisted that I use the app, even though the app was not working at the time. When I called the location for assistance, the staff member who answered ended the call without offering any help. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy at this location is unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues, because this level of service should not be happening.
Absolutely love this place! I stopped by after a workout and I’m glad I did. TK and Sasha were great help, and super friendly. I got myself a cookies n creme! They have a wide variety of flavors and even vegan options, which is a big plus. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the vibe is welcoming. Would definitely recommend it!
My friend and I came by Revitasize for the first time last week, and Sasha was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly and patient, and helped us figure out exactly what to order. His recommendations were spot on, and made our first experience such a great one. Can’t wait to come back!
Wanted to show appreciation for TK and the other staff member whose name I wasn't able to get! I came in with a few friends and found out most of the products had peanuts or were flagged for cross contamination - the girls went above and beyond to deep clean the blender they used for me so I could get something with the rest of my friends. It might not seem like much in the moment, but I felt seen and really appreciated the steps they took to make sure I could get something there. Will definitely be back!
Always enjoy their products not too badly priced healthy ingredients are always a wholesome benefit to fuel your workouts but pls answer the phone I know their is 1 person working but having AirPods in when I arrive and not tending to be visible is a big no no ….
