The lady who runs this place has a very disgusting attitude, says she’s been in business for over 20 years, yet this is how you deal with clients? This is how you talk to clients? She’s very rude and nasty minded. Stay away from this business. RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY. Firstly I am the customer, I came in there to pay for items my brother and I gave you for a loan. I asked to see the items to make sure they were the right items and your employe’s response was “ why should I show you? “ first of all. Im not handing you over 4k without checking my items. Secondly, I would highly recommend you training your employees on how to talk to clients, at the end of the day it’s us who you need to run your business, without clients your business won’t survive & definitely not with your employe’s attitude. Her attitude was disrespectful & disgusting. Nobody made racial comments so don’t even get started with your lies. Yes the police is aware because the report was made from our side as I’m sure you know because they did contact your worker after we spoke to them. Your employee racial profiled my husband who’s the same race as her & said he was a gang member, that’s why she can’t give us the items. She then proceeded to make accusations saying he’s calling his “ gang “ when he was on the phone with the police. Called him an idiot multiple times & yet you think we were the ones making verbal threats? Your employee should be trained on how to talk to people because it’s not hard to report this business to the better business bureau for this disgusting behavior towards clients. Like it’s actually very appalling the way she speaks & addresses clients. Your reviews already speaks volumes about what is business is about and how disrespectful and dishonest your staff is because nobody made verbal threats against your employee. I went to cavi cash for gold today and the young girl that worked behind the counter. I found her to be very dishonest when I brought in a diamond anniversary band and another ring with diamonds the and she told me that they were not Diamond and gave me a couple hundred dollars for it and the rings were 18 karat gold I felt Cheated I walked out of there feeling very defeated. I do not recommend this place.
Don’t take ur gold or diamond’s here they are scammers I brought a ring with diamonds and the lady was like my tester is broken and than she turns it on and checks that it’s real and then after I told her that it is 14 karat gold she said that it is 13 karat what is written on the ring 14 carats and she gave me a low price but she said that it was fake first then she said it’s real. I took it to my other supplier. He checked it and it was real the gold and the diamond. Please do not take your jewellery is here just letting you know.
