I've been there a number of times and the staff were quite friendly. Sadly, they seem to have permanenty closed sometime before September 30 because the store has been boarded up. The Square One web-site there are temporarily closed though.
Used to come here alot when it first opened but unfortunately had to stop after noticing they serve less chicken in their teriyaki :( it’s been two times now and the most recent barely had any chicken, but way more veg.
A big thank you to JD at Edo Japan—her service is always so welcoming and delightful. Pair that with their incredible ramen soups and you’ve got the perfect combo. Great staff, great food. Highly recommended!
Best Japanese food in the mall. Service is also incredibly friendly. Only giving 4 stars because it's pricier than most other places in the food court.
Ordered two bubble teas and the girl working the till had the most positive attitude ever. She also moves VERY fast under pressure. Extremely rare nowadays. Give her a raise.

Her professionalism and smile would bring me back to your establishment time and time again she not only remembers your name, but uses your name when speaking with you. . This place stands out in the food court as they’re the only ones who consistently greet the customers. Love their enthusiasm, and not to mention their affordable and filling teriyaki bowls! Be sure to try it when you’re in Square One! :)
