Is there any active phone number that we can contact? I wanted to change my address in the policy but these guys have no phone number in service. No response for the email also. Since I live far, I cant go to their office in person. I already changed my address but couldnt change the address in the policy. I am well aware about the situation that the company can decline any claim request now because of the mismatch in Driving license and policy information. So I decided to cancel my policy through this irresponsibl team. But the funny thing is, only they can cancel the service. Now I dont know what to do. Reply me if you have a phone number in service.

I'm using Car insurance through them Super slow and poor service. Replies very late and have very poor team coordination .made a bad move to choose them . They were good during initial time though. But I think they are good initially only .Once you become old customer , they are not bothered or interested to work . Waiting for pink slip since long time after address change . But no response yet Finger crossed not to get pulled over w/o updated pink slip
