Difficulty Reaching the Dealer I have been trying to call for two consecutive days, but nobody has answered my calls or replied to my messages. My attempts to contact customer service have also been unsuccessful, as no one is responding there either. Unprofessional Experience I am unsure about what is happening with this dealer, but this situation demonstrates very unprofessional customer service. It is quite disappointing that no one is taking ownership for the company at this location. Overall, this has been a terrible experience.
I was looking to get a new infini QX80 with good deal and went to a few other dealerships, i went to this dealership while i had other good offer from different dealerships but when i reached out to this one i was told i can have the car for a better offer. When I was talking with salesman named Agha the deal was different even though he told me otherwise over the phone, as he started to tell me that the old Infiniti that I had (QX80 2024) still needs 4 thousand dollars to break the lease contract, even though I know that when upgrading for the same car just for newer model does not take charges or fees for such reason. I was pressured to take there offer though I stated how I don’t like the deal. Even though I signed for the offer initially, I did my calculations later that day and decided that the deal is expensive for me so I reached out the next day to cancel the deal and to go to a different dealership. There was 1 thousand dollars paid for ordering the car and when I called the very next day to cancel they told me I cannot do such cancellation even though no process was officially started and refused to give my money back claiming liquidation damages. Plus the manager named Peter called me and instead of fixing this issue he dares to pressure me into getting the car or even requesting extra money for his so called “damages while the whole time no adjustments were installed nor started on the car. Such a bad communication with customers and talking to me like a have no free will over my decision, it should be customer always right
I can't speak highly enough on how Sid is outstanding, helpfull and the most professional Sales professional i dealt with! He went above and beyond to fulfill my requests and giving me the best deal! This is the 3rd time I deal with this dealership and I leave always content and impressed of the amount of care they put it in their work and how they deal with their new and Loyal customers. A big shout out to Peter as well for amazing work and leading a great team at Woodchester Inifinit! Always a pleasure to deal with Sid and the amazing team over there :)
I booked an appointment at Woodchester Nissan for a simple oil change, and it was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, I was greeted by a service advisor wearing a GTR jacket—by far the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve come across at any dealership. He told me I would have to leave my car for the entire day just for an oil change. Seriously? Every other dealership and shop offers express oil changes that take 30–60 minutes, yet here they expect you to give up your car for the whole day. When I asked how I was supposed to manage work without my vehicle, his response was literally: “That’s not my problem.” Completely unacceptable. No respect for customers’ time, no professionalism, and zero customer service. I strongly recommend that everyone avoids this dealership. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a place that actually values and respects its customers. This place honestly sucks. When you can’t help me then why you book me?
Customer Service is on decline at this dealership. Tried to resolve an issue with GM of this dealership and end up not getting any responses. Think before you deal with them.
