I ordered Fried Momos and Chicken Hakka Noodles. When I was told it would take 20 minutes, I assumed the food would be freshly prepared and worth the wait — unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong. The Hakka noodles were very poorly executed. They had large, bland chicken cubes that didn’t blend at all with the dish, and the noodles themselves lacked flavour entirely. It honestly felt like they were just tossed in some colour rather than properly seasoned or wok-tossed. The fried momos were burnt, with blackened patches that went far beyond being crispy. The only saving grace was the sauce on the side, which somehow helped make half of them edible. This was especially disappointing after a long day, even with a completely starved stomach and craving — the food still didn’t land. I wouldn’t revisit this location again. That said, this is not a reflection on the brand as a whole — I’ve had good rotis and thalis at other Butter Chicken Roti locations. This felt like a location-specific quality and execution issue.
One of the worst biryani I have ever tried, tasteless, spineless, it tasted like they have added chicken curry to the coloured rice, total waste of money. If you don’t know what a Biryani even means don’t sell it. I won’t ever order from this place again.
Parneet is the best, i asked her what should i get she suggested me to get butterchicken and it was so good. She was polite & gave best recommendation.
Girl in orange shirt on counter is so rude and unprofessional; got uncooked food and when asked for cutlery and sauce on side said they don't have it? No wonder no one goes to this store
The staff is so nice. the Food is amazing, the best part is the adjustable spice level. My partner loves mild whereas i am inclined towards spicy food, so we were able to eat from here together according to our tastes. The naan are so good, i keep coming here whenever i feel like having the food.
Ordered Frankie wraps both panneer and chicken they take tooo long to make it like half an hour and even the Frankie’s are very bad. Smelly lettuce and only chicken and onions in the Frankie. Don’t eat here I’ll give this restaurant 0. They took 3.79 for Thumsup which is too expensive for this. What can you do now I’m never going to return at your restaurant and I’ll inform everyone to not have anything at your place.
We as a family had a great food. The amritsari kulcha with butter chicken was our favorite. The kids enjoyed the food. The people were very helpful and the food was delivered very timely. We would highly recommend the place!!
