SUPER RUDE, ARROGANT STAFF- ** SANJAY** who sits at the reception front desk. He created my CEC profile, upon orders he added information where I asked him to make changes after sending him CLIENT INFORMATION SHEET. He DIDN'T made those changes and upon risk factors I already told him to remove that information from the file but he didn't. Today, I told him to remove it and still he's overpowering me saying why are you worried? It's my PR file ofc I will be worried! And it was his fault and I have to face consequences with IRCC. He's telling me whatever you want to say, please contact sir directly and ** NOW I AM NOT EVEN GOING TO PICK UP YOUR CALL** THIS are his words....... Seriously? This is how you want customers? - LYTO (I NEED ANSWERS)
