I had a bit bad experience while shopping at linen chest.I bought a cuisinart Food pro.when I came home 2 of the slicing blades were missing.I had to go again after traveling 30 mins as doesn't live in Same Town just to show them missing parts. Missing blades were just setting on counter as they checked the product before giving to me and employees forgot to put them back in box.
Received only half of what I ordered online. Was suppose to be a Christmas gift, still waiting for a response from them, leave alone the missing items. Pretty darn disappointed. And quality of the scotch glasses weren’t great too.
Lots of help, store not crowded. When I decided what I wanted, most of it was not in store. Purchased what was in stock and the associate checked to make sure everything else was i stock and gave me the order numbers for what was not. Went home and I ordered on line for free delivery.
My first visit to this store in Oakville and I have to say an absolutey AMAZING shopping experience. The sales associates were beyond helpful, they really listened and took the time to help me find everything that I needed. A special thanks to Naz, Susana, and Sam. Outstanding employees!!!
First of all, don't bother with the 2 hour in-store pickup as it's a nightmare - it seriously took 3 hours to get an email telling me that the item I had ordered was not in stock - ordered at 1:30pm and email came at 4:30pm. The store has little control over these web orders and they are a hassle to fix because the online order customer service department is poorly run. 4 stars because staff did, however, find an amicable solution, and I left happy in the end. The sheets and towels I bought are very comfortable, and were at an excellent price.
