BEWARE OF CAM! He is extremely rude and unprofessional toward customers. Every time I’ve visited this location, he has yelled at me and other customers, often swearing and speaking aggressively. It makes the environment very uncomfortable. On top of that, the cleanliness of this store is concerning. The location is visibly dirty, and I’ve seen other reviews mentioning cockroaches, which is unacceptable. This is definitely not the standard I expect from Freshii. I strongly recommend going to a different location. Unfortunately, this is by far the worst Freshii I’ve been to in Mississauga.
I absolutely love the build-your-own-bowl concept, as it allows me to get creative and experiment with different flavor combinations. The staff is always courteous and helpful, guiding me through the process and offering excellent recommendations. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring that you leave fully satisfied and happy with your dining experience. Whether you're a seafood enthusiast or a vegetarian, Freshii has something to cater to everyone's tastes. 10/10 :)
Visited this location this past weekend. The only criticism I have of this place is the atmosphere is more geared for take out but I also took my food to go so I didn't care about ambiance. The food was excellent and prepared very quickly. Well done by the staff.
Greetings, I’m ordering from this freshii from long time. Staff should understand one thing, meaning of “Skip delivery” and “Skip Pickup” is different. Don’t judge a person’s personality and assume he is here for delivery. It’s very rare when they provide “extra cutlery”, even after asking from them. Restaurant should setup a standard for their food and sides. Sometimes I get one sauce cup at side and sometimes I get two cups. I don’t even know if their standard is two cups or sometimes I’m lucky to get two. No doubt, food is good and seems like healthy, but if the service is that bad, good food won’t help you. I am thinking not to go to this freshii anymore. Thanks.
One of my most favorite places... but 18$ for a bowl and shot ... i didnt get any extras just added tofu onto a Mediterranean and a health shot. Honestly feels price gouging and ridiculous. My colleague and I will be finding other alternatives moving forward. I understand costs have gone up, but this felt outrageous for the portion, quality and location
Omg omg!! Friday morning my friend took me to freshii heartland for a breakfast treat and it is now my to-go breakfast place. Very nice location! Totally recommend going!
