Unfriendly environment, i brought my son with autism and the staff yelled at him not to touch anything. he’s a child its unnecessary to yell at him, upsets me to think that the staff doesn’t think i can control my own child. Later on I saw two staff members giggling and what seemed to be whispering while subtly pointing towards me and my kid.
Staff was incredibly unhelpful especially this brown lady with orange-red hair disappeared on me twice. Terrible customer service by her. Also noticed the same lady allow someone to steal, didn’t even bat an eye. If you shop here be prepared for no help and look for things on your own. If i could it would get ZERO stars.
Jen was so, so patient and helpful in choosing fragrances with me. Gave the best big sister-coded application tips and blunt honestly that made me feel really good about my purchase. She deserves a raise fr fr
Thank you, Taqa. It is useful in choosing some products. And makeup. Her behavior is very nice and very respectful. Mark came to the store with my friends and saw her sharing the beautiful thing. I came again to cooperate with her. She follows up very well. More than wonderful. I will come to her more. She is a beautiful person and is good at choosing clients and treating her kindly. Thank you, Taqa. I am very happy to see you and deal with you
Employees talking loudly complaining about customer behaviours. I get the frustration but it’s so awkward to be hearing this while I’m shopping there. It makes me anxious if they’re gonna talk about me once I leave the store too?
Amazing customer service from Lynn!! She answered all my daughter's questions and assisted her with finding an item!! Thank you for all your hard work, patience, and friendly service, Lynn!!
Sukoshi is a nice lovely corner of Square One that meets all your anime, kpop, and Korean beauty needs. I normally come to this location to view what trinkets they have in store and I love browsing their journaling section. I find that they have a lot of stickers and washi tape that you can't really find anywhere else. I'm glad they expanded their stock to lightsticks. It's crazy to me that I can walk to Square One and purchase these, as they're normally SUPER overpriced at the concerts or to ship from overseas. The prices here can be really steep, though so if budget isn't too much of an issue for you, it's a great place to shop! **EDIT: 09/08/2024** Now that Sukoshi has moved into a bigger and better location, I find that it definitely does the KPOP side justice. They've added all the new lightsticks, a cool TV and have moved all the boy group albums to the corner (thank you, I'm a girl group stan and always had trouble trying to get around) I've taken an interest in their blind boxes - however, after being a little bit of a collector, I found that their prices are a bit steep (I mean, they always have been) so definitely spend wisely! Another downside is probably how crowded it is in there whenever I go so make sure you go during slower times otherwise it might be less enjoyable to shop
