Thanks to Ryan I found exactly what I was looking for a world series cap . Ryan is a very nice person , you don't find that too many places anymore. You are an asset to the company. And he put a perfect curve in the brim .
Went to get a couple hats as souvenirs. Checked a few hats, prices usually start around $42 and goes up from there depending on what you want. Roamed around in the store for 15 minutes, both staff were busy helping customers and nobody was available to help the rest. Left without buying anything
Absolutely loved getting my hats from this store. The guys are all so chill and welcoming, loved the experience. Have to give a special shout out to Sara, she was really helpful in helping me with my custom design, and it turned out exactly how I pictured it
Pretty useless stuff. After paying for cap and embroidery and it got done crooked. Guy said nothing can be done as name is too long and it's as best as it gets. Imagine that they can't print straight 8 letters! Do yourself favour and get it done somewhere else. Not recommend to give them any business
Lids( Square one ):- If it was possible i would have given a zero star as a review. Worst experience ever, girl standing at check out counter was literally yelling at me and was very rude for no reason. She spoiled my day . I will never go to this location in future and will recommend everyone to avoid this place.
The worst experience of all times. Went there to buy caps, at the billing the staff seemed so nonchalant, rude, obnoxious and annoying. The dark skinned lady had tantrums of a 2 year old and didn’t even know what exactly was the offer. It’s sad to see such places where there is so much of investment and how businesses try so hard to keep the business running… Idiots like these spoil the entire shopping experience. The owner must take this feedback into account and take the necessary steps.. Also, we saw her arguing with another couple around prices. As stated earlier, worst experience of all times!
I was with my son and the attendant is so slow and not accommodating and lastly he was in the phone in 15mins he is guy.. sorry disappointed with how he is accommodating customer
