Purchased a Road Glide, made the deal over the, then drove 4 hours for them to say they cant sell at that price. Then purchased bars, wanted 10 inch, they installed 14 inch. Did not notice untill I got home. Wasnt travelling 4 hours a third time. Cost another $2000.00. Never again.
Had by bike fixed up from an accident and Jeff and his team took amazing care of it. It looks amazing and I am happy with the work that was put in. Jeff communicated with me throughout the whole process which put my mind at ease. I would recommend this location to anyone looking.
An absolutely fantastic experience. Spencer and Mark guided me with my purchase. They were patient and understanding + after my purchase they called an Uber for me to get home back into Toronto. A+. Thank you again.
A horrible experience. My suggestion is: don't buy the factory warranty and extended warranty no matter how hard they push. The staffs lack general knowledge of how they work. In the end, they manage to make you feel like you are the idiot that buys the warranties which is a total waste of your hard-earned money. In addition, the service is slow and disconnected. They treat you like inferiors not customers just because they might have more riding experience. I wouldn't even give them one star if it's permitted.

Terrible experience with this dealership. Walked in ready to buy a new 2024 Harley and ended up buying from their competitor the next day. Sales manager refused to return my calls, rather play games and run scams then actually sell motorcycles. 400 north to Bass pro, go right to Jane st. Got a better deal, more trade value, and better rates. If your shopping here, I wish you the best of luck. * Your response is adorable! Check your customer list from March 12th.
