I recently ordered Shrimp Soup, Chicken Manchurian, and Chicken Momos from Hakka Junction. The shrimp soup was flavourful, and the momos were juicy with a good dipping sauce. The Chicken Manchurian, though tasty, was a little greasy, and the chicken didn’t seem fresh — it looked a bit chewy. Overall, the meal was decent, but the chicken quality could be better.
Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Food Quality and Customer Service I went here today with my family and we ordered the Schezwan Fried Rice, Manchurian Chicken Fried Rice, and Kung Pao Chicken, and we were extremely disappointed with both the food and the service. The Schezwan Fried Rice had an unpleasant, soapy taste along with a strange smell and aftertaste, which made it inedible. Additionally, the peanuts topped on the Kung pao tasted old and stale, indicating poor ingredient quality. When we brought our concerns to the staff, the response was dismissive – a simple "sorry" with no effort to address the issue or offer any resolution. The lack of concern for customer feedback was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. The food did not feel safe or hygienic, and the customer service left much to be desired. The server couldn’t care less and offered a pity discount saying it’s because we “didn’t like the food” when the quality of ingredients was the concern. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Just reached home after a joyful day so thought of writing a review before bed. Today my family dined in for my wife’s birthday party. This was our first visit to the place but handsdown!!! the best food and service. The server namingly Shriya was so polite, humble and hosted us so well. She gave the best suggestions on the food and those were finger licking good. Definitely was the best experience today for my family, gonna visit again..
We were a group of 8 came from far and the staff said we can’t dine in due to technical problems, but there was other people dining in, this is false advertising and misleading information, if the staff doesn’t wanna work then mention on the website.
The latest experience has greatly changed our perspective on this place! The server Shreeya was amazing. She showed us to our favorite seat. Made excellent recommendations and listened clearly and exhibited great recall. We had a great night because of her graciousness!
Tasted like sea salt water. Ordered chicken lollipop which had too much salt and sour, side carrots and cabbage looked as if they were a week old. I love hakka visited many restaurants this ranks the last in my list
