I am so impressed with the high level of service ? that I received. This was my first time coming in to the salon, I did my search on services for hair extension removal and Shanice's salon came up as the best with many good reviews. I spoke with Shanice prior to coming in and asked her about the different services for me. Shanice was wonderful she's got a very good demeanor soft-spoken cares about her customers, Marianne is the one who started my hair and Shanice worked on it after Dee was fabulous she was welcoming and friendly all the staff are truly welcoming treated me with such respect ? love the peaceful music, very clean salon, incredible place and a array of services. I took my daughter here for a basic wash, with two simple braids. They did a fantastic job. The price was fair, the service was fast and her hair lasted for a good while. We will be back.
First time getting braids, this place is amazing they let you know about everything that you need to know, I felt super comfortable there, the time I spent there flew by.
Tending to 6 people at the same time is unprofessional. As a result, the keratin was left on my hair way longer than it needed to be, burning off my hair. The only reason this place has good reviews is because she has warm presence to her.
Shanice Hair Care This was the first time we chose to use the services at Shanice’s Hair Care. This was the best experience for my son. The customer service here is exceptionally professional and offers quality service. Her salon was almost closed, but Shanice still took the time to fit us in knowing that the hairstyle would be finished past closing hours. Shanice and Maryann were extremely kind and hospitable. The salon is peaceful and the salon is filled with calming music that relaxes your mind. They gently cleaned and meticulously retwisted his hair in a timely manner. Professional, prompt, punctual and highly dependable. What more can I say about Shanice Hair Care. I went to get a touch up perm for my roots and a protein deep treatment for my hair and I was greeted with politeness from start to finish. The environment is warm, and friendly. My hair was exceptionally well done and most importantly, they are located near my home! They are in the heart of Mississauga, so they are easy to find. They open their shop with a smile and end their day with a smile. I will definitely be going back for extensions and a color and maybe even a silk press for the days I want to leave my hair in its natural state. The prices are fair and reasonable, and I was extremely impressed with the hair treatment of the other customers present. First thing first, my experience here was a blind try as it was my first time coming here and I was just a guy who was new to braiding his hair but I must say it was one of the best decision I ever made!! I don’t know how long she’s been in this business but you can tell she really loves what she does. It was only her first time meeting me but there was just something about her uplifting spirit and welcoming big smile that made the environment some comfortable to be at even though I was her first client for the day as early as 9 am when you’d expect most people to be grumpy . Not to also mention that she’s fast and also got a neat work! I am definitely gonna be returning back here and also gonna recommend her to anybody and anywhere. Keep up the great work Shanice.
