Both Stan and Rob are willing to go the long mile to make sure your are taken cared of, after experiencing an issue with an Acoustic Guitar that I purchased, they were quick on making sure it we resolved I will definitely be coming back, even just to say hi when ever I'm in the City ! Guitar Haus, I made my first visit today and couldn't be more impressed! Stan is a complete gentleman who made a point of seeking me out to shake my hand when I was leaving! It's little things like that, combined with the fair deals they make that will keep me coming back!

Ok i wanted to take a little time to talk about my experience i had today . We all know the big box shops and what they can offer. Iv been looking at buying a vintage gibson j45. Playing anything that comes into capcle music ( wonderful vintage shop btw). However this place does something a little different. When I arrived i was a little skeptical as the entrance was more of a furniture store. However a very nice staff member took me though the back and gave me a little tour. They were building out muisc rooms . I initially was coming in to look at a vintage gibson that needed a bit of work they had advertised online . But where this place is different is the main showroom. If you were ever wondering where in Ontario to try out new higher end boutique acoustic and electric guitars you MUST visit this place. They looked to carry a wide variety of prices points for instruments. I might have caught them a little off guard when I asked to see a number of new guitars. However without an appointment they were still very acomadadting. Two staff members actually took me into a room and started handing me different guitars. They were beyond helpful. I must admit I completely forgot the first gentleman's name . However I believe the second gentleman's name was Shawn ( hope im not mistaken). Regardless you could tell they were guitar fans. They lissined and made suggestions. They didn't just try to sell you something. I talked to the ower as well. He came across as very professional and clearly loves guitars. I played a signature model called " the bear " . It definitely had me reconsider my " i want a vintage guitar" as it was priced about the same as the vintage stuff iv been looking at. I can say without hesitation that every guitar they handed me was set up very well and while I played mainly higher end stuff . I saw some mid range stuff that I bet was also set up well. Im by no means a professional. However after traveling around canada / usa and a few other parts of the world I can safely say guitar Haus has some of the best boutique guitars in canada. I did leave empty handed . However thats really only because im the kind of person that needs a few visits with an instrument before making a decision. Overall I would highly recommend this place. They are providing something different. An experience you really won't find in a big box or chain muisc shop.
Guitar HAUS is the most professional guitar store I have ever entered! Stan is the owner with his partner, lovely people! . I did not know it was a high-end store with some of the most beautiful guitars I have ever seen! this is not your L&M store, So Kids, if you want a nice guitar, this is the place to go, hands down!Thanks so much for showing around on short notice walkin!
