I visited 6th December around 1:30 am and the employee is very rude. He doesn’t know how to behave and passing the discrimination comments. I will never visit the store again until they change the employee. I recommend everyone to visit other stores if you think respect is priority. The guy should go school again to learn some ethics. The guy come to hit me and said do whatever you want I don’t care.
Manager kept making rude comments to me and my friends because we were looking around as we have never been in the store before. We are two teenage girls. Have never felt so insulted and dehumanized before.
Please provide buggies in the store, I was shopping carrying cans of pops plus 3 bags of 4 littre of milks , it will be easier for customer carrying heavy stuff while shopping, I hope you welcome positive criticism thank you Taimoor ahmad
Malek is the best! I went into this Rabba looking for a specific product which is when I was kindly greeted by him and immediately shown the options available. If you live in the area, I highly recommend Rabba Living Arts Drive as your 24-hour convenience store.
I barely review places but i had to review this one. I called Rabba today because i wanted to inquire about a grocery item as i needed it urgently. I called once, then the man who's usually at the counter picked up the phone and just gave a single word answer and hanged up on me. I called back again thinking the call got disconnected accidentally, this time the same man was extremely rude and didn't even let me complete my sentence and replied *we dont do business over the phone and we have a line up* and hunged up on me. I didn't even wanted to purchase the item over the phone as Rabba is just a walk away from my place and this person didn't even know how to behave with someone and talk politely. Extrely unprofessional and disappointing experience. That kind of attitude would lead the customers to run away! Like me.
Extremely rude employee , I needed a printed receipt and the receipt that came out of their printer was not at all legible. when I asked them about it the cashier asked me to contact their head office and ask them to get their the printer fixed. I don't think it is my job to contact their head office and get it fixed. I will never be going their again.
Be very careful when making purchases here. I came in to make a quick purchase on Monday March 21st. The salesperson double charged me for an overpriced bottle of Tylenol, claiming that the first purchase didn't go through. In my rush, I failed to ask for both receipts, but I thought he'd know what he was doing. I contacted the store two days later (March 23rd) to follow up, and spoke with someone twice. I provided all the information I could on the interaction, and left my name and phone number. I was informed by the person I spoke with that a manager would call me back. Over 1 week later, and I haven't heard a thing. I'm almost wondering if this is some sort of way of charging me for the box of free rapid tests I got. I dont care if I am asking for a refund of $8 or $800. When a business makes a mistake, and a customer reaches out, the situation should be handled appropriately. Be very careful of how you spend your money here.
