Everytime we order delivery direct through this location we have an issue . This last time We placed the order and were told an hour later that they didn't have a driver . Not sure why they didn't tell us that when we placed the order rather than have us wait .
The food tastes great! However, when your one chicken breast is smaller than the pitas on the same plate...and the dish is mostly rice...and your paying over $20....there's a severe value problem.

Catered here for my bridal shower. The ordering process was seamless and the delivery was ontime and seamless as well. I didn't get to eat much of it but everyone seemed to be satisfied. The customer service was very easy and top notch. Lots of left over potatoes and rice!!
Omg the signature roasted potatoes here are sooooo delicious. I’m literally salivating just thinking about them. They are tender and buttery and the sauce that goes with them is like liquid gold. I especially appreciate them here because if I ask for extra sauce they are always happy to give it to me!!! I will forever come back for the wonderful service and the beautiful delicious potatoes!!!!!!!!
20 minute wait Gyro dinner for takeout at lunch time. Got food back to work open it and it’s burnt and extremely small portion of gyro, rice bland and lacking flavour. Lady at front seemed lost and all over the place. Don’t waste your lunch time trust me
Attended this location last weekend and we have been going to this location for quite sometime, however it has been a while. It appears that this is now under new ownership and somewhat disorganized. Service is also quite slow, wait times could be 15 mins to receive your order. The focus seems to be more on Mobile orders, vs in person orders. There are only two cooks and one cashier for a weekend dinner service. Prior to this, there used to be three cooks and one or two cashiers, whom were prepping the salads and sides. Prior to this, service was consistently fast and the staff was well organized and food was prepared in a timely manner with the right temperature. I understand cutbacks may occur, but being it is the weekend, extra staff should be on hand. It's evident that there is confusion with the processing of the orders, due to the staff shortage. Restaurant temperature itself, is also extremely cold, seems that the A/C is still running and your food is stone cold, by the time that you're halfway done. Although, it is tasty, some attention is needed, before more business is lost due to slow service, lack of efficiency and quality.
