Such a fun place and grateful to have this experience. The lady there, I believe her name was Jo, was so incredibly accommodating and supportive since I had my younger niece with me. She made us feel special, explained what games would have the best outputs for her age and both my nieces surely felt like winners. That’s how experiences should be! The whole exchange process is a lot of fun and the quality and selection of stuffed toys was great. I’ll certainly be back for some more adrenaline adventures. They also have a loyalty program.
We had so much fun attending and hosting parties here. Place is clean, lots of good stuff and the claw machines are for all ages to enjoy. The best part is the staff, super professional, helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back soon!
Been coming to Clawland since last summer and just hosted my daughter’s party there this past weekend. Can’t say enough great things about it - the staff are amazing, the facility is adorable and is always clean, and they have amazing prizes. It’s well worth the money for both regular play and private parties!
Very disappointing , I got $50 worth of tokens and it took 15 minutes to play and the prizes were small and crappy for one claw machine to play it was 4-6 tokens waste of my time please do not waste your time here it’s not worth it!!!
So much fun! We’ve been to Claw & Kitty in Markham & hardly won any plushies after buying lots of tokens. At Clawland when the claw grabs onto the plushy, they don’t swing back & forth or loose their grip to drop them! Would definitely return here!!
Such a clean, friendly place! My child had so much fun, it’s really worth the money and all the stuffed animals are super cute (not those cheap stuffed animals). We will definitely be back.
Took my niece there to play today before they go back to school very cute place with friendly staff was greeted once you walked in and they explain to us how to play and use the machine . Staff is very friendly and the kids had Lotsa fun ! They just opened so they have a good promotion going on for coins right now so it's a very good deal the kids filled up there mini shopping cart to upgrade to bigger toys ! Great addition to the city
