Not impressed with delivery service. The product is good but my confirmation email wanted me to download a separate app to track my order with "Shop". This is frustrating and useless. Tracking just says "ready to be shipped". I called the company at 4pm they can't say when to expect your order other than its coming today...it's now 5pm. If I Don't get it I will be wanting a refund. not worth delivery hassle
Great customer service! Thanks to Alicia and the team at Poppa Corn. They were out of stock on an item I ordered. I was promptly contacted by phone to discuss other options and ideas. I was able to talk with Alicia and we figured out the best products to replace, and even make my end results look more polished and put together. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me and to talk to me like I’m human. That’s more than a lot of other companies out there :)
I bought a box of your LUCKY ELEPHANT PINK CANDY POPCORN. Very disappointed, it was hard to chew. For 2 1/2 ounces @ $2.47 + 13% nothing but a rip off. At least you could make sure it's fresh & fill the box at least half full if not 3/4 full.
The store is small, clean, and organized. I was really in there for maybe 5 mins. One of the employees asked what I was looking for and sent me to correct area. Major reason for the 5 stars is the price. The is the best price for cotton candy mix. I can't wait to try the cherry and watermelon flavours!! These are for work and I love that i can make cotton candy for 100 employees for under $10, and its a small nice treat for everyone.
Love popcorn and this is an amazing and easy way to buy and make cinema style popcorn...prices were right and delivery next day....Movie Night during Covid19 just got elevated⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bought the special online popcorn pack flash sale only to drive an hour to pick up the product and find out it is short dated... they had a January 2021 expiry date in the front office but the warehouse was handing out aug 2020 when I inquired they said it was a different brand which I understand but feel that I was misled as there was no mention of this product being short-coded when I ordered online. I've been dealing with Poppa corn for many years and it's a shame they lose my business over this but they didn't want to take care of it in a way that satisfies me so I will move on to another supplier as I have lost trust and confidence in them
