Customer service is horrible . I got just a flat NO with no alternative or help . I Wanted to return an item I bought yesterday however they refused to give a refund because I purchased it at Vaughn mills . I thought they were the same store regardless of the location . I live right by square one, Now I have to go all the way to Vaughn mills just to return an item . NEVER AGAIN
Kantarina/Katrina was extremely helpful. We went into the store thinking that we will only see the designs but we ended up buying a lovely bag. She was so excellent in her skills and plus, this time around the collection seemed different and new.
Terrible experience at this store, first of all there are 15 people in store 10 employees and 5 customers every 20 second one of their employee reach to us asking how is everything going which is so bad feel like we are thieves and they are spy agents ,lets camera do their work .so bad experience their policy should be change its not a good impression for coustmers .
AVOID! The employees will literally see you at the cash desk ready to pay and still treat you like garbage. The store atmosphere already makes you feel like you’re at a cheap store, and then to make matters worse the employees are so unprofessional! If someone is dropping $500 on one item the least they could do is be professional and make sure the customer has an enjoyable experience. We went to the register to pay and the cashier girl (redhead) didn’t even attempt to get us a new piece and tried to sell us the floor model. We had to insist for a new one! Which we shouldn’t have to do when we’re spending so much money, the staff should already know to always give a new piece. She didn’t even want to check the back, but she did and when she came back, instead of attending to us first she was busy talking to her colleague about something that was totally not urgent. I was not even buying something that was on sale and I was notified there was no stock left. What a joke. Walked right out without buying, my hard earned money doesn’t deserve to be thrown at a store and brand like this. I rather take my business elsewhere where I’ll at least be respected as a customer. Management needs to do a 180° on their employees, my last few visits at this location have always been subpar.
Visited the store yesterday evening and the sales associates were incredibly rude. My mom showed them a purse on the regular Kate Spade website (not outlet) and asked if they could honour the price on the site (for the same purse in store). Sales associated insisted that the site we were looking at was outlet (it was not) and that the price we were looking at was USD (it was not). Recommend additional training for associates to differentiate between the outlet and regular websites, and to better identify retail items from outlet items. Also, one of the associates was communicating with another client in Polish, which was also uncomfortable. Will not be visiting this location -- the associates at the Sherway location are much more professional.
