We had our son’s 12th birthday party there a couple of weeks ago and everything from the first email to the end of the party went well. Mohammed was responsive and courteous in his initial emails. We wanted to see the venue as we saw a couple of them before making a decision. He was very accommodating and showed us the place and what to expect and even let us try the VR headset to see what the kids would be experiencing. We booked this place as it was central to the guests and came with two rooms one for the game and one as a party room. We had given out nerf guns as a party favor and the kids had fun with them and the balloons in between games, food, and cake. Mohammed took very good care of us during the party and set up the kids to their virtual world well. My son noticed that this place has a better equipment as there aren’t any bulkiness/wires to them like in some other VR places so it was more enjoyable. We would gladly consider another event there in the future!
Last weekend we celebrated my daughter's birthday here. Nicholas was very helpful and friendly. Even though my bank had messed up our payment, he managed to arrange our time so that we had enough time for the games as well as lunch and the cake. I personally didn't play but my daughter and her friends loved them, especially the arrowsong one. Keep up the good work guys
This was a great experience, especially for a couple or group. The staff were friendly and patient in answering our questions and suggesting games based on our experience. Padding around the room or to separate people would be nice - as we did run into one another, lol. Overall, very fun experience and fair pricing.
The best VR so far among the ones I have tried in GTA. Firstly, the staff is really good and helpful. We thrice every time a different attendant with exceptionally welcoming service. They set this up for you and your time only starts when you are done setting up unlike the ones in Toronto downtown who would subtract the time spent in setting up. Secondly, many interactive games available of all sorts depending on what you wish to play. Thirdly, they have large rooms to accommodate larger groups who want to play together. It’s way more fun than playing from separate cubicles. And lastly, they have variety of packages depending on how long you want to play and how many games you want to try in that time period.
Soooooo much fun!! We went with a party of 4 and did the space station escape room and had such a blast. They explained everything so well and were so accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!!
Great place with friendly stuff, it's my best VR gaming experience, would definitely come back again and highly recommend to everyone in mississauga and GTA.
We played the Runaway Train escape game, it was super fun!! The experience is impressive and we love how it put fantasy element into escape game making the game much more fun than real life one. Definitely recommended !!
