I had a very tedious job for them. I was hoping to get signatures from a hockey team of 9 year olds engraved onto a coffee tumbler. At first, they were unsure if it was doable. Which was fine, but to my surprise they managed to get it done. When I came in to pick it up, I was informed that it was a team effort from everybody working in the store, and the girl who took the order traced them perfectly, even tho it wasn't her obligation. I really appreciate the work they did, the Burlington Bulldogs u10 hockey team thanks you for such a great job.
An Amazing Experience! I called in the morning to inquire about metal engraving, and Kelly answered the phone so pleasantly. She advised me to come in later when the engraver would be available. From the moment I arrived, I had such good vibes from Kelly. I showed her what I wanted engraved (a fishing lure), and although it was a tricky item, she stayed positive and hopeful. Then Saba arrived — she was the one doing the engraving — and immediately got to work with the same can-do attitude. After a few tries, it didn’t quite work out, but Kelly & Saba didn’t give up. She even called another colleague who specializes in metal engraving and asked her to come in on her day off! Shortly after, Avneet arrived and got straight to work alongside Saba. I don’t know how the two of them did it, but wow — they truly went above and beyond! The end result looked absolutely amazing. I can’t express how much I appreciated the time, effort, and generosity these ladies put in to make this personalized gift happen. Their teamwork, kindness, and dedication were unmatched. 1000% recommend this location and the incredible team at Heartland Hallmark. Great job, ladies — I’m so happy I had the privilege of meeting you all! Thank you!

I highly recommend their engraving service. I worked Saba to personalize a glass jewellery box for a friend wedding gift. She helped come up with different designs until we finalized on one that I loved. I learned that they only need 48 hours notice which was a bonus! The prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be going back for any future engraving projects I have.

To future customers looking for engraving services, know that their hours listed here are not reflective of the availability of the engraver, who I was told is not present but for selective times that are unbeknownst to customers. You are told to leave your items with them until they are back, so if a job is time-sensitive, forget it. You may also be asked, like I was, to sign a waiver that it might not turn out perfectly (on my request to engrave a leather notebook cover), and that it’s at the customer’s risk. Was quite let down.
