I saw all the good reviews and went there to fix my laptop's Hinge There behavior is great, however, after fixing the hinge there was glue attached here and there and even in some spot there has been created gap between the screen and plastic part of the laptop. I accept they are good people and great behavior and price is decent. However, the service I have got is not up to the mark based on what I paid. I actually paid 100 CAD.I am also attaching the Picture. I do not have plan to visit the shop again. Frustrating
Excellent shop for your hardware needs and other computer apparel. As well as toys for kids and other gadgets and smart tech. Very polite and knowledgeable/ multilingual staff as well.

Please save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. response: I am unsure of what you are talking about. I came to your shop on Thursday regarding a USB floppy drive and left the store empty handed as I was treated with complete disrespect. Customer service skills are non existent at this location, and whoever is responding to these reviews represents the business perfectly as "coz ur" is extremely unprofessional. You will never see me back at your business.

Best retail shop,alot of variety, good price good stuff. Alot more Brand name brand new products like logitech,microsoft,hp etc 60,70% prices brand new products so no harm in buying
The place sells stuff that breaks down from China . They sell things that you can get online for 3$ and sell it for 20$. When confronted about their cheap chinese products they say it's from Canada. They say they buy their products from a Canadian supplier lol and it's not their concern where all those products come from, even thought that supplier likely buys them from China !!. This business is a joke and out to take your money . ID go somewhere else and get better quality. WOULD NOT WAST TIME DRIVING THERE
