Gurkeerat and Nitin were great with the delivery of our machines, moving our old ones and stacking them. They were professional, respectful and very clean and tidy. I would recommend there services again.
Bought a Napoleon BBQ from Teletime. Competitive price and the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. The BBQ was delivered to my house the next day after purchase. I would recommend always check with Teletime when buying applicances.
Never buy any appliances from that location no one is the responsible guy to talk even the manager is a big liar they never deliver the product on time and when we got the delivery the sent a fridge manufacturer in 2021 and delivered in 2024. Personally, i will report this company Better Business Bureau. The fridge he delivered on the same day and no colling. I never recommend this store. Very very bad experience buying jean Air Appliances.
Over the years i have purchased 3 TVs from this location. Staff is always professional and worked with us to find the right item within our budget. The most recent visit I dealt with Montie, but i find everyone is very helpful. Delivery team is also friendly and prompt I would recommend Teletime to family and friends
Terrible customer service. Sharma has been playing hooky on our calls for 2+ months now, when we have a $700+ warranty on our washer and dryer. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unbelievable. Would never recommend to anyone.
This comes in late but still in true appreciation of the excellent customer service provided by Teletime - Mississauga. Special mention to JD and Montie who helped us procure and deliver all the different components of our Home Theatre System at a very competitive price and in a timely manner. They were both very kind, professional and courteous in the entire dealing from purchase to delivery. Would highly recommend!!
I bought 82 inches Tv from them and i had a very nice experience with them as the staff was very nice and friendly especially Prince as he was very knowledgeable and knew how to handle his staff and client’s demands. The delivery was on time. Overall i loved buying from them.
