Avoid this place. I brought in a Samsung Galaxy phone to repair a broken camera glass. I was told it would take 2–3 days and cost $140, plus an additional $40 service fee. After two days, I hadn’t heard anything. I called the store multiple times (at least six), left messages, and received no response. I then went to the store during posted business hours—the sign said “open,” but the door was locked and no one was inside. There was an upside-down note on the door with three phone numbers. I tried the first two with no answer; the third was answered, and I was told they were still ordering parts and would call me the next day. No one called. I continued calling with no response and went back to the store again after work—once again locked, with no one inside. When I finally reached someone by phone, the person came over from a nearby restaurant and returned my phone unrepaired, saying they couldn’t order the part after all. Despite not completing the repair, I was asked to pay the $40 service fee because “the technician opened the phone.” I was even asked not to write a Google review in exchange for waiving the fee. I ended up paying the $40 anyway. To make matters worse, they only accept cash or debit—no credit cards. I then went to another repair shop, where the phone was fixed (including ordering the part) for $50 total. This business is disorganized, unresponsive, and lacks basic customer service. I do not believe it operates honestly. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.
My boyfriend’s iPhone 15 battery completely swelled and the back of the phone cracked. He got his phone completely fixed with a new back, cameras and battery. It was such amazing experience, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Shoutout to Nityam for even putting a rush order to get it done fast. Would recommend to all of my friends and family!
I just got a cellphone repaired there and my experience was very good. Prathik, the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and took the time to ensure my replacement screen was the correct one for my device. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a laptop, tablet or cell repaired
I took my laptop in for screen repair. I made the mistake of leaving the USB for my wireless mouse in the computer. When I picked up my computer after the repair, the USB was missing. I have called at least a dozen times and spoken to various staff members. Not one callback and I still don’t have the USB two weeks later.

Brought my google pixel in for repair Jan 6, got it back in March (not repaired) after 2 months of excuses I was told the phone was not repairable. Took it to Tek KlinK...they fixed it in three days for 85 dollars. Would not recommend cell n computer.
One of the best store I’ve been too. The employees are nice and caring. They are always trustworthy with your devices. I would 100% recommend this store to all of my friends and family.
