I bought a few phone cases, a screen protector and what was supposed to be a super fast charger for my Samsung phone but did not deliver in that aspect even after being highly recommended and promised by the seller that it was up to par with the manufacturer's products. However, the charger did not support the correct output to provide super fast charging and the magnet on the back of one of the phones cases I purchased was held together with small amounts of glue that eventually dried up and fell off the phone case itself rendering it useless to attach to the magnetic dock in my vehicle. Also, do not allow the sellers to attach their supposed screen protectors to any of your devices as they do not clean it thoroughly nor do they align it properly to fit the screen as I now have a smudge on the left side of my phone and cannot get rid of it unless I remove the screen protector completely, which once removed can no longer be used. I decided to visit the store to try and get a replacement or a simple refund for only the supposed super fast charger, but buyer beware as the store also did not provide me with a receipt for proof of purchase and refused to honor any deal as a result. Definitely not going to shop here ever again and would give a 0 star rating if I could.
I wish if i could give 0 star or in negative. Very bad customer service, they don't even know how to speak to a customer...they charge more for cheap products by saying the good quality but in reality they gonna give u the same cheap product... please guys don't waste ur hard earned money on their cheap products and also don't waste ur time by coming here!!!!
Bad quality for screen protector I got today screen protector for note 20 and he said 20$ for the best quality. And I took it. Since I install it. The screen very poor and bad quality. (Garbage) I prefer WISH more than you!!!
This place is a scam run by Mohammad Sharif. It used to be called Mobilinq. I ordered a 5G cellphone from their website. They kept processing my order for a week but sent me nothing. Since I had no response, I emailed them and again got no response. So I called 1StopWireless and they confirmed that Mobilinq was one of their many businesses. The representative told me that only Mohammad Sharif could authorize refunds. I gave him my phone no. and asked him to have Mohammad Sharif call me. The next day, he called me and said I made a fraudulent transaction hence he was refunding me. What nerve! How can I make a fraudulent transaction when he already received the money? But till this day there is no refund and hence I had to instigate a credit card chargeback. He lied to his card processor that he refunded me but I have not received a refund and hence I informed them about the deceptive practices. Now they will penalize him for fraud hence he has shut down the mobilinq website.
