I had a fantastic experience with TV Parts Canada. My 2020 Hisense 55H9G TV stopped working over a year ago, so it’s been just a bedroom decoration ever since. As instructed, I uninstalled the TVs motherboard and sent it to them for repair. They promptly sent it back a week later. I installed the new motherboard, and voila! Our bedroom TV is working again. I highly recommend TV Parts Canada and their amazing service. I won’t hesitate to use or recommend them in the future.
A2Z Electronic Parts Inc Is A Hit or Miss Place. , The parts are NOT NEW but USED. This place has all the parts you need if your willing to take a chance with parts from the streets of the GTA. A TV is worth $10-$20 depending on the make and model. Lucrative business scam that a part can sell for $80 -up to $300 and really has no real warranty. Buying it as is, it's USED! To me it's a scam. Unless you can prove it works properly for hours, it's no good. Totally useless and $$$$ cash $$$$ thrown away. Not Recommended!
A technician from A2Z technologies attempted to improvise prices at the time of payment. He quoted one number, then the next. He quoted $180 CAD for the part replaced on my TCL TV. I looked up the part and found it for $70. I looked at A2Z’s website and found it for $110. I’ve inquired about the overcharge to no response. BUYER BEWARE, employees of this company do not act with integrity or are honestly forthcoming with pricing. The policy seems to be something to the effect of “charge as much as you can”. Unprofessional, bad for business. It is dealings like these that inspire mistrust across Canadian communities.
5 stars for final result and somehow the price. I dropped off the TV for backlight and diffuser lens to be replaced. Picked up in 2 hours. Reasonable priced, but diffuser was faulty. The next day, they picked up my tv. Two days later, they dropped off the TV. Hence, the 4 stars - for a job done in 2 days, which previously was done in 2 hours, and very poor communication regarding the status of reparations. Also,they did not meet the estimated delivery multiple times. Therefore, I would recommend A2Z for the final result of reparations and acceptable prices. Delivery done for a fee.
My grandmas LG tv screen broke and we brought it in to see if it can be fixed. Just picked it up today and it looks good as new! I definitely recommend this place if you need to get your tv fixed.
I ordered parts online according to the model number of my television. As a layman, I had no idea I needed to confirm all the individual item numbers that were included in the kit. There was immediately an issue with shipping the address which it took a couple days to sort out. When the kit arrived it contained two wrong parts for my particular TV. I contacted them about returning the parts and was told they would only do an exchange of parts for which I would have to pay shipping and returns for again. Wasn't worth the cost of the shipping so I'm stuck with parts that dont fit my TV and there was no concession on their part to fix the mistake. Be very thorough and careful
TV broke in the morning, I called for a quote. They were very friendly and gave me a list what what they thought could be wrong and gave a fair price range depending on what rhe problem was. Within an hour a service technician came and knew right away what was wrong. He then took my TV, fixed it, and brought it back a few hours later. I'm amazed at how quick, easy and affordable they were! Would definitely recommend!
