Gave exam in Toronto. I was told on my gmail to go pick up my ielts trf here. When i got here they said no need for ielts trf, the pdf works fine. Why even send me the mail saying go pick up your trf withing 7 days?? ??
LSAT exam. The test system crashed during my second section (Logical Reasoning) with 12 minutes left, and I was left waiting for over an hour with no updates or guidance from staff. They had no idea what was going on and casually said the test “might be rescheduled.” When the system finally came back up, I was thrown back mid-question and had to rush to regain focus. The delay completely threw off my pacing and performance. The staff were rude, unprepared, and clearly not trained to handle technical issues for such a high-stakes exam. This experience caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety, and I do not recommend this center to anyone writing an important standardized test. Avoid this location if you can—your test day should not be this chaotic.
Completely unprofessional staff. If you care about your time please do not choose this institution. They do not know how to communicate properly to give clear instructions. To avoid miscommunication called them prior visiting and it happened twice. ?never had this kind of experience ever in my life.
The separation between test takes is not sufficient, the speaking test being in the same room on the computer next to other test takers doing speaking test as well is distracting !
