I came into the store to get my ear pierced, and after me two more people came in for the same service. The girl working there was very busy but still extremely polite and attentive. The service was top-level, and I’m very grateful for the great experience.
Got my 5 year old’s ears pierced today by Aeliya. She did a fantastic job by making my daughter feel comfortable by extending so much warmth and kindness. Thanks to Aeliya, she had a wonderful experience!!
Walked into the store for the first time ever. Was greeted by Jen & she told me about the sale and promotions. I then needed help with something and she helped me & was a very nice lady. She was friendly, considerate and professional and just really lovely.
I called and asked about the piercing for a year that I should get and I was told to wait to turn for a month from piercing. When I was with the person who did my piercing I was told to wait for the 1st week of the month. Regardless, i waited for a month and end up calling them and they said i need to refer back to customer service. After calling them only I found out that the associate did not add my piercing transaction and which I am not getting the vouchers for the free earings. It is a disappointment because the CSR on the line said I will have to wait again for another month for me to have the voucher generated monthy. They will let you wait for an inconvenience that their staff has caused and does not take accountability for it!
They done piercing in January I was waiting like it’s going be fine but one of my ear hurts after piercing am not able to hear from one side properly so I also don’t have health insurance it’s so tuff for me to go medical store I don’t even have any idea what happened with my ear! Either I have bills I will definitely go there again and tell them everything! It’s so unexpected I was so excited for my ear piercing but know I regret why I did through them!
My daughter’s favorite store in Square One, so I had to give 5 stars because she’s able to find something new every time which means they keep refreshing their collection every now and then.
My daughter loves the 18k gold plated earring. The quality and build are great and do not irritate to ears. I had been hunting for these items for so long. We got a good deal on the second item big discount. Highly recommended ?
