I wouldn’t waste my time reaching out to this company. Will never deliver things on the time that is promised. We had one order with them which later became three different delivery dates. The drywall that was delivered was little damp and when they delivered it to the basement there was a lot of spots that were cracked at the corners. The drywall mud boxes were thrown at the floor and the boxes were damaged due to the handling of the boxes. Over prehung doors were delivered which three different profiles instead of one profile. Had to wait for the problem to be fixed up. Got my jobsite delayed by 2 weeks due to this problem. Then when the new doors got delivered and we go to install them, they were prehung wrong and too tight with no room for install. If the door was 32” for the slab then they had the jam opening at 32 1/16 instead of 32 1/4. The door jams were cut terribly and not straight at all. The work was completed by amateur with no experience whatsoever. I made them come pick up the doors and got a refund but missing $150 which they won’t refund me and won’t return my calls or texts. I’m the end I lost over three weeks of delays due to this door order. As a contractor I would never reach out to them and would never recommend anyone buy from this company at all.
They said 1 hour for the delivery, and then I ordered. Got my drywalls exactly within 1 hour from Mississauga to here in Milton. I was really in need, so made this last minute call and got it on time.
Great customer service & quality of products! Bought our tiles for our bathroom from here, and the vanity with countertop+ faucet. Would recommend! They deliver the products to us immediately!
