Very limited stock selection, rude customer service and the pharmacy often short changes in the prescription dispensary causing the customer to return prior to the normal renewal of prescriptions. Most such customers are elderly and this practice only benefits the location as they charge additional dispensing fees. Absolutely pathetic, fraudulent and reprehensible conduct.
Can't say enough nice things about this pharmacy location. Came for something minor and was looking for OTC medication, but the pharmacist was extremely helpful, suggested that I can get better medication with my drug plan and even offered to call me in a few days to follow up. On such a minor issue I'm so impressed with the service. Let alone that I got my consultation and medication all processed within minutes.
I've been coming here for 3 years for my prescriptions, and I've never really had any issues, maybe some passive pharmacy staff, but that's it. But I've now had two experiences that has just put me off completely. The first was a couple months ago, when I had an urgent prescription issue needed that day, so I called and was immediately told "I don't have time for that today, you'll have to call back tomorrow". I called the Shoppers up the street, they had it ready in 15 minutes, even without me being in their system. Then, last night, I went to pick up a prescription and got a box of hair dye with check out. The woman looked me up and down, and said "You're going to dye your hair THAT colour?" It was the judgmental tone and the snicker afterwards that made me so upset. I was already having a terrible day, and that comment just ruined the rest of it for me. I'm just so over the passive attitude towards customers, I'm likely just going to switch pharmacies.
Was just online and couldn't believe the pharmacist Hassimo had a negative review. My experience has always been that he is an excellent pharmacists, who is always patient and takes his time when answering any questions i might have.
The worst pharmacists I’ve ever encountered. I interacted with one called Hassimo and he was completely unwilling to help or listen. I’ll be raising this issue with their franchise owner. Never going to this rexall again
The pharmacy staff here are horrible. Needed help with a prescription today and the pharmacist told me “yeah I don’t have time to do a consultation today, I’m busy with other orders. Call a different pharmacy” - absolutely horrible customer service.
This has been my experience over more than a year (bi monthly).... Expect to be treated like you are less than a person by the dispensing staff. Expect a text/email saying your prespcription is ready when it's Not. (Or at least not ALL of it even when you called to confirm everything is ready. Be sure to verify your prescribed count of opiates/opioids/narcotics!!! Overall..... do not be surprised if you have a horroble, demeaning experience and walk away feeling totally abused and disrespected. ..... They do not care for you and consistently act as if you have somehow interrupted and ruined THEIR day. Its astonishing that corporate has not learned if their abhorrant behavior towards US/YOU.... The consumer.
