When i had my test they left answer sheets (aka other peoples forms) in the classroom plus i was allowed to have my phone. Only had 3 sentence conversation with forklift instructor and he was watching tiktok when i was on the forklift. Makes me question how are they in business and they get to qualify people with almost no paid attention.

Horrible people working there. They don’t even tell you about the process and they were racist to me. They made de spend 3 hours waiting and watching videos that I wasn’t supposed to watch. They didn’t even gave me my license on my hand they dropped it on the desk and didn’t say anything.
I had very dull experience with the receptionist or Manger, I don't know but I went this place to get some information about license but he have attitude not for help but attitude to please not come here .actually my license was stolen from work so i just reached out from recertification.
I have a very good experience with this company all tha members are very supportive and helpful and give proper training about all the forklift equipments
These guys re the nicest guys I have gotten encounter with I went in for a renewal n was treated right as compared to the other training centres I have being to I would surely recommend people to come by
