Amazing service! Pat’s fixed my (2 in the same week) emergency driveshaft failures immediately. In both cases I was amazed at how quickly and professionally they fixed my U Joint failures. In one instance, they called me to say the repair was done within 1 hour. I highly recommend Pat’s, they have a well equipped shop and the right people with a good inventory of parts on hand.

Very pleased with the results of getting a new driveshaft built from them. They were cheaper and quicker with better quality and service than after waiting months ordering one. Wish I knew about them earlier. Definitely would recommend them and I will return if I need them again.
Pats Mississauga rebuilt my stock F350 2 piece driveshaft $958. All 3 Brand new Ujoints failed after 5000kms. Unbolted, brought it back. “Failed from lack of grease.” whatever. 1 year warranty? Nope my fault even though i greased them. $290 for 3 new Ujoints (Yes Again) re-balance, and they greased it for me this time. I Take it back home, mount it on the truck, test drive it. The truck was not even driveable, the whole truck hopped up and down. unbolted driveshaft again, brought to 3 different mechanics. They all pointed out the poor welds on the weights that had fallen off, and also the U-joint at the transmission that could barley move with the Clips bulging out. I dont know how this thing made it out the door especially from a “professional” Local driveshaft place. I brought it back again after not being able to drive my truck for a week, and now it is fixed, still shakes at 80km but ill just deal with it. I dont reccomend getting a driveshaft here. over $1250 later and still not smooth. I Seen the Booth at Motorama this weekend and thought I would give some people a heads up before they get a headache. I never write bad reviews on any buisness but this place really triggered me. Go to Trans-Axle in Stoney Creek.
These guys saved me on Christmas Eve,when everyone else said they were too busy or headed home for the holidays. Had my driveshaft ready in an hour, and for a great price! Thanks again!
First- After every review the representative has a response to make it seem like they care about customer service. In reality when it counts they have horrible customer service no matter what the google review rep has to say just remember everyone these people don't care about you and making sure you get quality parts and service. I have purchased two shafts from here and both have failed and after I have gone back to get them to help me out both times they were very unhelpful and never bother returning my calls. SO DON'T BOTHER WITH YOUR SORRY LAME EMPTY FOLLOW UP REVIEW TO PRETEND YOU ARE A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND RESOLVING ISSUES. TRY LEARNING HOW TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES, TO PREVENT THEM FROM HAPPENING.
