All the staff, Dina especially, were so helpful and encouraging as I was looking for a Mother of the Bride dress. The staff are very knowledge about their extensive collection! They were able to quickly find a couple of dresses that I had seen a photo of on their website for me to try. They were also very kind and helpful in sorting through style options, understanding my personal considerations. It was a fabulous experience and I came away confidently with a beautiful dress choice! Thank you to all!
Reanna at Cavery helped me find my dream prom dress! I had found a dress online that I really liked, but was out of my price range. My daughter had been looking for the perfect prom dress for over 2 months. We have been to dress shops across the GTA and over the border. The Cavery was the best experience we have had - and not just because she found ‘the dress’. The store is clean and the dresses are kept in garment bags, which means no picks or pulls in delicate fabrics. The staff were friendly but not hovering, and when we were ready they were so helpful. Reena- literally my daughter’s Fairy Godmother. She really listened to what Tess wanted and pulled dresses until we got what she loved. And… Reena made our budget work. I can not recommend this store highly enough. My girl left on Cloud Nine.
I wanted to share my great experience at Cavery fashions. I bought my dress for my sons wedding a few years ago and had so many compliments that I went back last week to find a dress for my daughters wedding. Remma and her sales staff were so helpful, they knew what I was looking without going through too many dresses found the dress. They are personable, friendly and very informative on all the styles. I recommend them highly.
Wonderful and helpful staff, large selection of dresses! The store is overall organized by sizes instead of colour or style, making it easier to shop for your body type. Highly recommend this store for prom dresses!
There is literally a woman with her daughter who has tried on over 13 dresses while everyone behind her has waited for over 30 minutes, they should impose a 5 dress limit per person.
