I was not impressed with the service or quality provided by Mister Produce. The overall experience fell short of expectations. I found the customer service lacking. There is definite room for improvement. While ownership can not be held liable for all of their driver interactions, I've had a few too many close calls with their trucks on the road. Please do better. Thank you.
While I realize that these are trying times, my experience has been terrible. I ordered for the first time last week after I was given Mr. Produce details by my Community Care Worker, and placed an order. I received an email from Zachary on Saturday, April 4th saying that I would receive my delivery on Tuesday, April 7th. It is now after 8:00 pm on Thursday evening and I have no delivery, and no information about my order - I left a voice mail earlier today. So, I have a really nice ham - and nothing else, because everything I needed to complete Easter dinner is still in your warehouse. As I am disabled, use a power chair and have to take a minimum of 12 litres of oxygen - I use 2 oxygen makers twinned together to get enough - I have no other options available to me now to have an Easter dinner. If you are not going to complete what was promised in the email I received last Saturday, at least have the decency to call or email me and let me know.
A fantastic home delivery option for these strange times. We were able to get a lot of good food at fair prices, delivered when promised. Thank you so much.
