I recently created a photobook with Fujifilm Printlife for my family, showcasing our amazing trip to the UK, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The website is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and customize the book to my liking. There are tons of options for design, and I loved how the site even gave me helpful recommendations for layout and styling. It really made the process smooth and enjoyable. The quality of the final product is top-notch, and it's a wonderful way to preserve and share our memories. Highly recommend Fujifilm Printlife for anyone looking to create a beautiful, personalized photobook!

I ordered framed prints and a handful of engagement gifts, and they turned out so beautiful and even better than I imagined! Every time someone sees them, they can’t stop talking about how lovely they are, especially the instax create pieces. They’ve been total crowd-pleasers and honestly such a special, feel-good part of the whole celebration!

New customer (in Ontario) and will be the last time using this company. Ordered one small print on 09.26 and has yet to even be printed let alone shipped. Customer service just keeps saying "in production". I will without hesitation going forward pay the extra and go where prints are handled far quicker and customer service is not automated. Edit: No worries? Really? Now 10.15.2025 and still not shipped Order #38049. I would say that is reason to be worried when Blacks for example ships 4 days later. I'll skip the angry emojis.

Like others have stated across the internet, quality is ok IF they don't make a mistake. I ordered items for Christmas and one was torn and the other had ink marks on it. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund on the defective items and I was told that they would only offer a credit (which is not what their policy states). As well, the customer service agent said the following: "Sorry to hear that there was a little defect ... Unfortunately, we do not refund." and in their next reply "as a one time courtesy, we can only provide you with a store credit (promo code) for the amount". When I refused and quote their policy, they have simply not responded. So, if you like being talked down to by customer service when you order a gift from them and it is not in gift-condition, and then given a credit that makes it seem like they are doing you a favour, then sure, order from them. I have ordered over $500 of items from them this year and will not order from them again because their customer service is non-existent.

Can't say I'm super excited at what I received. 1st time ordering here after Shutterfly US stop giving me free shipping (but I have always been happy with the quality I got from them). I spent what could be considered a lot of money for printed photos these days, so this is disappointing. The photos are dull & lifeless looking. Instead of a photo quality matt finish it's more of a poster board than a photo paper. I've gotten photos photocopy at UPS that were superior quality than this. I ordered photo towels & while the photo looks okay what they consider towel seems more of a very thin dust cloth material. Won't be using this service again.

Actually I have no much to tell. First dissapointment is that we have to use regular mail (Canada Post) to submit the film and to get the prints back. Even when their shop is 10 min. from my office. Even if I try that, Fujifilm web page indicates that returning the negatives is not an option. So my negatives will be destroyed by them in 10 days. So, I loose my original negatives forever. I rather keep on taking my films to Downtown Camera in Toronto. They serve professional photographers for many years and where I get everything done in half a day for half of the cost.

Absolutely horrible. We ordered multiple items from Fujifilm Print Life. The customer service is completely lacking. Our invitation order was printed crooked (the picture we submitted was straight) and we have contacted this company multiple times to discuss this and come to a compromise, however no one has replied to our multiple emails and multiple telephone calls. The price was reasonable - however, the quality of the item we received was so poor it didn’t justify the price. Keep that in mind if you choose to proceed with a purchase. For simple prints they are okay, but for things that are more specialized like invitations steer clear. We lost $40 printing these invites and the company does not care or have any desire to contact us back after their error. Incredibly disappointing. I can’t even attach a picture because it has personal information written on it. But trust me, the invitation is crooked. Just like these crooks.
