Their ice cream is great. They also offered us the Jood Sweets Dubai chocolate kunafeh which was very different and lived up to the hype! Must visit spot to satisfy your sugar cravings.
Fire spot! Our family comes here all the time for their Kashmiri chai, Gola Ganda and their new cakes. I don't think it was on their menu but we got to try them and the coconut flavour was really good.
I am so sorry but I have to give one star to be fair with my opinion. The lava cake i tried there was probably the worst desert I have ever tried. I think it’s expired or spoiled! The cappuccino was ok. The lady works there was nice. Place is empty on a beautiful Friday night while the plaza is packed with people (I should have known better). There’s dairy smell all over the lobby. I doubt this place will survive much longer.
Worst experience. We ordered their waffle and crepe, advertised as “the best of both worlds,” but it turned out to be the worst of both worlds. The owner was extremely rude — when we asked for the chocolate sauce we had paid extra for, he dismissed us, saying he had already added “enough.” The waffle was below average, it was tasteless, the portion size was very small, and overall it was a huge disappointment. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service!! Not worth the price we paid for!!
Got a soft serve dip cone for my son and the entire scoop was lopsided (not to mention tiny for the $8 price). I asked them to remake it. The guy said it's fine, it won't fall, you just have to eat it from one side. Totally unacceptable and would never go again. So many nicer options in the plaza.
Had a great time there with my friends. The staff is very hospitable and the place is spacious and beautiful. The menu is diverse and I loved that they had vegan smoothies. We were celebrating the birthday of one of our friends and the staff made it very special. Talk about great service with a smile, that was it for sure. I would like to specifically thank Antida (not sure about the spelling of her name) for being so kind and hospitable. Great job guys! I certainly recommend that nice place.
We had the pistachio crunch, it’s was okay but nothing like the real pistachio feels more like mints ice cream? 20.99$ + tax (one scoop of ice cream) Also, the chocolate dressing was too little like barley a drizzle same for the brownie and chocolate chips Thank you for the service but I believe it could be better for the price
