The doctor is super nice, but the front desk is honestly terrible. You can’t even call to make an appointment because they never pick up or call back. I left a message and instead of actually checking with me, they just booked me at a random time assuming I was free. It also really feels like they prioritize people getting cosmetic work done over regular patients. If you’re working at the front desk, you should actually do your job, this is super frustrating.
I was referred to Dr. Lomaga regarding a dark spot on my face which was always wet and did not heal for more than a year. I received detailed and helpful instructions from the clinic about the appointment. Although it took a long time to see Dr. Lomaga, he is amazing. After giving me a prescription, he told me the dark spot would be better in 3 months. The result exceeds my expectation since the dark spot is now gone. Thank you, Dr. Lomaga.
Nickeisha is absolutely fantastic! She is extremely well-versed on cosmetic products that Dermedge offers. Nickeisha gave me a few recommendations to help with scarring and blemishes. I opted to go with a SkinCeuticals product and within a few days I noticed a difference. I highly recommend her if you need more information on various skin products. Very friendly and professional.
I find this Doctor to be un-wiling to help and assist. He has too many rules when it comes to seeing him and I waited from March to see him in Sept only to be told 20 days before my apt that he does not cater to one of my needs when no one told me within the 6 months. The staff did not advise me on this info although they are not rude they do not seem to be aware of what the doctor can and cannot do 6 months and 7 calls later I have no appointment booked for my issue.
Is there a 0 star rating option? This is not a medical practice. It’s basically a business where they cancel appointments and make people wait hours for 30 seconds of service.
Terrible service, Dr Lomoga saw me for 3 min said my issue had no cure but that laser treatments would help a little, each session is 200.00 btw, when i asked him if there was any other treatment he said that thats the one that would work best, but refused to give me any other options. Gave me some samples for expensive mosturizer, then he sent me to talk to a medical esthetician right there, who didnt even know what my skin condition was about. Talked me into having a facial, a $250.00 facial and left my face even worse. I ended up paying $282.00 for nothing. Not to even mention that because she "had time" for my unexpected facial, she rushed through it. This doctor has wrongly diagnosed another family member and tried to pushed their spa treatments instead of real solutions. Not a real dermatologist. I have told my family doctor and she has refered me to a REAL dermatologist not a spa manager.
Some of the worst service I've ever experienced at any medical office. Doctor lomaga is very impersonal and made me feel like a number not a person. The wait is ridiculous, I'm writing this as I wait 45 minutes past my appointment. Nice facility, but terrible service. Would recommend finding another dermatologist as I certainly will.
