My entire family has been going to see Dr. Medhat at 250 Dundas for several years, he's really caring and the staff at the clinic always slot me in at convenient times. Going through insurance with minimal hassle is my favourite part and I couldn't recommend this dentist more! I dropped by earlier today and they ordered me a night-guard specifically so it would show up in my insurance for this calendar year.
I came here today for a cleaning and an X-ray. I was seen by this doctor Gurpeet. As she was halfway cleaning my teeth, she told me that she cannot finish the cleaning today. She doesn’t have the equipment that could clean my teeth. I was told I have to come back next year to complete the cleaning. I was very upset, so I was told to wait for 30 minutes that she will finish the cleaning. She was very harsh and rough. She spent less than 15 minutes to clean my teeth, and it doesn’t even feel like it is clean. Not professional and lack of experience. I have seen other dentists and never experienced this before for a simple procedure.
Absolutely love Dentistry at Dundas! I went for my regular teeth cleaning and my dentist Zayda (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) but she is SO good. Very professional, she explains everything so well and she is super sweet. Really good at her job! Thank you Zayda! I had a great experience.

Waste of time with the secretary. She doesn’t have the organization skills to be at this dentist. Leaving because of the front reception. Dentists are fine. Would not recommend if you value your time.
