TERRIBLE PLACE. Super bad hair perm service. Avoid this salon. They don’t do a good job especially the old Vietnamese guy with glasses, Super rude has a stank attitude for no reason, asked for a hair perm and he gives me attitude and says no .. another guy did my perm and it ended up being terrible I asked for a curly perm and they did a super lose weird perm which was wavy and twisty. Horrible experience and I paid $282 for a perm? Never again save your money lol
Just got my hair done with miss ann shes so kind and nice to her customer and her hand work's is awesome drop there and get your's done as well☺️☺️☺️☺️ So happy and satisfied???
Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Behavior I’m writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your salon. Jenny was assigned to style my hair. I clearly explained that I wanted two braids from the back (not the sides) along with curls. Despite repeating myself multiple times, she seemed confused and visibly irritated, even saying she was tired. Trying to be understanding, I offered to do the braids myself and asked her just to curl the hair. Unfortunately, her attitude was extremely unprofessional. She rushed through the appointment, appeared uninterested in doing her job properly, and walked away without even checking the final result. Once I got home, I realized all the curls had already come loose, and the braids had tangled due to the poor styling. I ended up spending another 45 minutes redoing my hair myself. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I’ve never felt so disrespected during a salon visit. Quite frankly, I would have rather spent my $50 on myself than pay for a service that left me feeling ignored and unsatisfied. I hope you will address this issue seriously and ensure your staff are providing the level of professionalism and care clients deserve. I would appreciate a response and an appropriate resolution. My mom and i had been regular client last 20 years with this salon and now the service had got worsen and waste of your money. Sincerely, Falgune Dusara
Worst experience I have ever had....the workers here don't know basic hair styling like hair curls and also charges are extremely high....my daughter go there yesterday for hair curls and the guy didn't know how to do it he was using straightener for making curls the very basic things the workers are totally ignorant about and it... They waste our time and money ...don't recommend even my enemies to go there. .don't deserve a single star ?????

Have been going here since I was in high school (im forty now lol). Keep coming back. Best price and overall quality that you will ever find anywhere. haircuts, highlights, balayage etc. They are easy with last minute appointments and always ready to accommodate whenever possible. They have a solid following and it makes total sense. I am a customer for life!
