Crazy Joe did such a phenomenal job ! They did all the blinds in our home It was super quick and the customer service was unbeatable. I would never shop anywhere else!!! Joe is number one!
We purchased curtains from Crazy Joe’s for our ensuite bathroom but there was a mixup with the order and we didn’t get what we ordered. I contacted Joe right away, he apologized, fixed the curtains, and even made changes we wanted at no extra charge. Plus the curtains were ready faster than originally promised. Now that’s customer service!! We love the curtains Joe made for us. The colour matches the room perfectly and the fabric hangs nicely. Thank you for going above and beyond Joe.
We had our zebra blinds, roller shades and curtains done by Crazy Joe. The selection was incredible and they customized everything to our style. The whole process was smooth and detailed, and the final result truly elevated the look of our home. Big thanks to everyone involved - highly recommend!
I regret getting drapery here. First, the installation person created crack in my wall with drilling and did not let me know. 2 months after initial installation, he came/ fixed it and other issues including drapery coming loose. Now 4 months after that, the drapery is coming loose again :( I am going to another company to fix issues. If you have money and want quality, go elsewhere; I should have known better - cheap does not last. I gave 2 stars because the cost is cheap and because owner made effort to fix initial issues.
Before you buy your blind with this vendor think twice?the blind might be good but the motor is problem. My blinds were not working and every other day one of the 6 blinds having issues. Now the vendor is saying your home has a problem may be with power It’s been 2 months and we have already issue at least 6 to 7 times. Instead of enjoying new blinds we are scare every morning which blind will not work today It been 2 months and now 3 blinds are not working. The owner Joe told us that he will not help us and basically it’s our problem. We spend 5K and now it’s not blinds are not working. We loss our money. My kind request to all buyers please please do not choose crazy Joe blind at all
Bunch of liars they are advertising that they are drapery king Toronto and they are not at all associated in any way. I have been working with drapery king Toronto for years now and then when I went online this website came up. I called mark and he said that this place has nothing to do with him and they are just stealing the name. They operate in bad faith, if you want to be associated with a thief go here but otherwise I’d suggest staying far away.
ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS AND RUDE. Called to ask if they could install curtain rod, told me they don't do that and hang up in my face IN MILLISECOND he didn't even say bye.
