First time calling Mr Randy Norris. It was a Saturday night about 12:30AM. On the website it says available 24/7 by phone which is the only reason I called at that time. I was told that I was rude and to hang up… I understand it was a late time which is why I also apologized when I was on the phone, not purposely trying to disturb anyone… but it the website says available 24/7 I didn’t expect to be called rude. Would suggest removing that headline for future callers so they don’t call past a certain time. I again apologize for the late call but the website says 24/7. Thank you.
