I recently had my quartz countertops, backsplash and waterfall done by the team at Moonstone. The whole experience was smooth and efficient. Starting on the admin side we were dealing with Ashneet who went above and beyond in ensuring that our questions and concerns were addressed. She was very professional and timely in her responses and always followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Excellent communication on her end. Then on the install side we had the pleasure of dealing with Gurpreet and Raman and the rest of the team. They were all great - they made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed. All in all this is a great company to deal with. We highly recommend Moonstone has your choice if you're in the market for a fabricator.

Counter tops measured perfectly, installed without hassle and they look great! There was a chip in the counter when initially placed. They caught the problem, fixed it and returned on the same day with perfect looking counters. Very happy with the work done at my house!
IF YOU DONT READ ANY REVIEW PLEASE READ THIS ONE: Highly DO NOT recommend this place for your countertops. I got my kitchen renovation in August and it been only 4 months and it’s started to chip and has all these dark brown stains over the counter. Trust me when I say Emma and Reema both are very sweet when they want your payment. They will call and text you multiple times even when half the work is not done to get payment ahead of time. When I reached out for support with the dark brown stains on my white countertop, Reema picked up my call once and said to send her pictures as she was going to send it the manufacturer and get back to me. I sent the pictures to Emma and called Reema back to let her know. A week later I called back to ask if she heard from them, she said she would call me back. 2 weeks after that the brown stains started to appear more and more clear and on different parts of the counter. So I called her back she picked up my call and didn’t speak and cut my call. I called back again and she had an another person pick up. I asked them to speak to Reema, they said she was busy and not available. I asked them what they do in the shop and they said cut the stone. So I told them about the stone and asked them to see if anyone can come out and see the stone for polishing. They said put baking soda and vinegar on it, it will be gone. 4 weeks later it’s still the same, and I have to pay someone else to fix their mistake that they are not willing to help me with. Trust me I am so hurt that I spent $9000 and wasted my money in this company. If someone had only warned me earlier to save me from this mistake! So this is me WARNING YOU, SAVE YOUR MONEY and FIND A TRUSTABLE COMPANY!
We recently got Kitchen upgrades from Moonstone, Jassi and Sandeep were the installers and workers; both of them did an excellent job, they were very professional, time efficient and knew their job well. I highly recommend Moonstone because of their superior workers especially Jassi and Sandeep.
Great price compared to others. They gave me additional discounts due to some minor defect but overall kitchens and washroom look great! Edit: I tried to give more business and they provided me with a good quote, however, they never came for measurements and every time I asked they just started to ignore. I guess if your job is not big enough then don’t waste your time here.
