Amazing company to deal with, we've purchased many products through Trenchless over the years. Sales team know the products inside and out. The in house training provided by Doug is a must for all our new employees. The service has been phenomenal. They picked up the unit for calibration the day after I called and even left a loaner tool to keep us working. The equipment they sell is top of the line. I recommend Trenchless to anyone looking for locating equipment and Doug Niles to anyone looking for the training necessary to complete accurate locates!
Very bad experience ordering parts.First I spend 2 weeks with Trenchless ( multiple phone conversations ) trying to figure out the part number. No luck. Called manufacture and it took 5 minutes to get the part numbers. Unfortunately had to order parts from Trenchless as they are the local dealer. Checked with them on my order several times with no updates and promises to call back. 3 weeks later I finally got an update on my order." IT WAS NOT SHIPPED OUT FROM MANUFACTURE DUE TO UNKNOWN ISSUES " With no info on when it even might happen. Also was told that parts were and maybe still on backorder on top of everything. After 5 weeks of wasted time called manufacture and was able to order directly. Parts were in stock. Shipped same day. Delivery to Canada in 2-5 business days. I would avoid dealing with Trenchless next time if I have a choice.
