Qayoom and team just did my entire floor tiling including kitchen and my master bathroom. I only have great things to say about him and his team. Super professional work, high quality materials absolute perfection in tiling. His quotes are very competitive and the best thing is he never asked me to write review for him unlike many others. I felt compelled to write good review for him after seeing his dedication. He was very accommodating in additional things we requested once he started to work. He even re tiled some floor due to us removing a pillar after he already did his tiles without any complaints.
Qayoom did exactly what he promised to do on all terms agreed upon. He and his brother Abdul, always show up on time for work and I never have to follow up whether they are on their way to work or they’re going to show up or not like I had experienced with previous contractors. They removed and installed floor tiles in our kitchen, powder room and vanity and front foyer. We are very pleased with the results of the job they did and we will highly recommend them to our friends and families or use them again in the future if need be. Qayoom and his brother were very skilled in installing tile. We had large format 2x4 installed in our foyer, powder room, and kitchen. They took their time to ensure that they could match the veins as much as possible. They always left the area clean after completing the days work. They are definitely "our tile guys" and we plan on using them for many more projects in the future.
They have upped and disappeared. I have grout missing between my tiles and we arranged for them to come fix the issue on Oct 23rd. They have now a beeping tone when calling there phone and will not reply to emails. We are left with alot of tiles having missing grout and it continues to spread throughout the tiles. These guys are punks. Don't trust them
